Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States.
• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $7.99 for orders under $75.
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99.
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99 (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, Washington D.C., and U.S. Territories. We also ship to Canada — additional duties and taxes may apply at checkout or upon delivery.

Transit Times

Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the time of order placement. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CHRIS ZELVORA INC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date.
