Accounts and Shopping Data

Your account email, a randomly salted password verifier, sign-in status, and cart are stored in this browser on your device. We do not receive your account password or maintain a server account database. Local sign-in does not verify ownership of an email address. Accounts do not sync across devices and cannot be recovered by email.

Checkout contact and shipping fields stay in page memory and are not submitted to us. Online payments are not available; card entry is disabled and we do not collect card numbers or security codes. No order or payment is created by reviewing checkout.

Contact and Infrastructure

The contact form opens your email application. A message reaches us only when you send it from that application. We use Cloudflare Email Routing and Gmail to receive support messages and Brevo to send replies. These services process the message and address information needed to deliver email.

Our hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and operational logs to deliver and protect the website. Product images may load from third-party image hosting. We do not currently install advertising or analytics trackers.

Your Choices and Retention

You can sign out or delete the signed-in local account from the account page. Clearing this site's browser data removes all local accounts, cart contents, and preferences. Email conversations are retained as needed to respond to your request and meet applicable obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us.

Sharing and Security

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate the website and email support, and may disclose information where required by law. Local storage can be accessed by someone who controls your browser or device; local sign-in is a convenience feature, not protection for sensitive records. Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.

We will update this policy when account, order, payment, or tracking features change.
